The Only Way Is Essex star Frankie Essex discusses the secret side to living life on reality TV, and the impact of losing her mother at a young age.
Speaking to Lee Anderson, Frankie said: “It made me very confident. I was very shy, didn’t really like going out in crowds and stuff.
“It definitely brought a lot of happiness. Also a lot of anxiety and stress, but I am who I am today through that.”
On the loss of her mother, Frankie admitted: “The impact of losing my mum was such a big impact that being a celebrity would never change me, because I’ve already had that big, massive impact.
“And my therapist said to me, actually when you have children, that will be the next big impact.”
